Late 1982 show at an incredible club in Washington DC, The Wax Museum. A huge venue that featured major talent. The night this photo was taken, we tore the roof off the place. A very successful show and a big breakthrough for The Teds. We were the talk of the town and, as a result, played there several times, to great acclaim. Little did we know that about six months later, summer of 1983, the band would pretty much disintegrate on the road in Baltimore, Md. Although we continued to play into late 1983, the engine was running out of steam. Why? Many reasons, but probably just the toll of life in the fast lane non-stop for several years. It's difficult to maintain that lifestyle indefinitely. Thankfully, we parted still very close friends. It was an incredible ride.
