Following The Ready Teds, I decided to take the roots-retro thing one step further with the all acoustic rockabilly trio, The Hepcats. Luckily, another successful band for me. We pulled in a slightly more traditional rockabilly fan that The Teds, although not playing nearly so far and wide as that previous group. Very important note: Michael Lewis makes his appearance on the scene, here, playing stand up bass. Teds drummer Dave Regan stuck around, and that's me on the end sporting red cowboy boots.
